QUICK FACTS!

Our Lift Tables and Vacuum Assist products allow heavy products to be handled and manipulated without the risk of injury. Standard and custom designs available.

Bags

In 1998, we installed our first Robotic Bag Palletizing System. This system is still in operation today and has handled over a million bags (55,000,000 lbs.) of dairy powder. Over the years, we have installed hundreds of robotic bag palletizing systems around the world. Our knowledge and experience with handling bags of all shapes and sizes is unmatched in the industry.

Bagged Product Experience:

  • Dairy Powder / Baby Formula
  • Grains / Seed
  • Pet Food / Animal Feed
  • Salt / Sugar
  • Fertilizer
  • Fertilizer
  • Flour
  • Mulch / Peat
  • Cement / Joint Compound
  • Fruits / Vegetables
  • Seasonings / Ingredients
  • Abrasives / Minerals
  • Wood Pellets
  • Others

Robotic bag handling is a very flexible and efficient way of palletizing these cumbersome products. Very neat and tidy pallet stacks are easily produced with very little effort. Numerous product types, stack patterns, and stack heights can be achieved automatically with only a touch of a button.

Creating these uniform and repeatable pallet stacks is often thought of as a simple process for a robotic system. However, there are many variables that directly affect system efficiency and stack quality. These variables are too often overlooked by inexperienced system integrators. Some of these variables include: product density, bag material, stack height, stack pattern, production rate, bag shape, bag air volume, gripper design, robot repeatability, as well as numerous others.

JMP Engineering designs and engineers every system with a keen awareness of these variables, while incorporating years of product and application knowledge and expertise, to ensure that our Bag Palletizing Systems Exceed All Expectations.
