The Challenge

Design and implement a remote palletizing and stretch wrapping system to handle 36 production lines, a wide variety of package sizes and multiple pallet types.

Sugar Foods was looking for an automated solution that could handle that large range of products and would be simple to operate and maintain.

Our Solution

A large-scale, 9-robot, remote palletizing & stretch wrapping solution utilizing scanning and tracking to create 36 unique pallet configurations.

We created a palletizing process that can handle multiple pallet types across 32 lanes simultaneously. The final solution features automatic pallet dispensing, a pallet trolley, and two integrated stretch wrapping mechanisms.
